How to get a Paypal Account to do Ebay Dropshipping from Cameroon

In this article, i,m going to tell you what you need to do in order to get a verified and fully functional Paypal account in Cameroon; which you can use to receive payments for your Ebay items and also withdraw money from the Paypal account to your UBA prepaid visa card or any credit card issued in Cameroon.

For those of you who don’t know, as of July, 2020, Cameroonians can only use their Paypal Cameroon accounts to make payments for products and services online. In other words, you can’t use a Paypal Cameroon account to receive funds, talk less of withdrawing money from a Paypal Cameroon account.

So as of July, 2020, the Paypal Cameroon service is almost useless to the internet entrepreneurs in Cameroon but very useful to Cameroonians who just want to make online payments. For those people, Paypal will enable them to make secure online payments without revealing/exposing their credit card details to the hungry 21st century internet hackers.

In the article titled how to withdraw money from a Paypal Cameroon account, i proposed methods which the internet entrepreneurs in Cameroon can use to bypass the receiving and withdrawal restriction put in place by Paypal.

In that article, i mentioned that the best way Cameroonians can receive money in Cameroon through Paypal, is by creating a foreign Paypal account in countries where it is possible to receive payment and withdraw money.

Somebody may likely want to ask; What is a foreign Paypal account???.

A foreign Paypal account is a Paypal account created on the Paypal website of another country.

It should be noted that Paypal has created specialized/localized websites to suit the needs of all the Paypal supported countries.

For example, there is a Paypal Cameroon website for the Cameroonians, Paypal Nigeria website for the Nigerians, Paypal South Africa website for the South Africans, Paypal USA for the US citizens and so on…

Cameroonians can create a Paypal account on the Paypal Cameroon website, Nigerians can create a Paypal account on the Paypal Nigeria website and South African can create a Paypal account on the Paypal South Africa website and so on.

If a Cameroonian (living in Cameroon) creates a Paypal account on the Paypal website of another country (US Paypal), that Paypal account will be called a foreign Paypal account (just like a foreign bank account).

So to be able to receive money in Cameroon through Paypal, you will need to create a Paypal account in a Paypal supported country; where it is possible to receive and withdraw.

In the previous article i wrote about Paypal withdrawal, i mentioned that, to successfully create a foreign Paypal account in another country, you will need to ask a family member, relative or friend living in that country, to help you create the foreign Paypal account because of verification issues.

To create a Paypal account in some Paypal supported countries, Paypal will sometimes ask you to confirm your address, by sending a verification SMS to your phone number.  If you are not living in the foreign country, there will be no way you can receive the SMS hence the reason why i mentioned that you will need the help of a family member, relative or friend living in the foreign country who can assist you to create a verified Paypal account in the country.

However after carrying out further research on the Paypal Cameroon wahala, i found out that Cameroonians can create a verified foreign Paypal account in some Paypal supported countries (without any assistance from a relative or friend abroad).

In July, 2019, i created a verified foreign Paypal account from Cameroon (by myself). I’m now using my verified foreign Paypal account to receive payments for my Ebay droppingshipping business .

I’m also using the Foreign Paypal account to receive payments from affiliate programs which pays through Paypal.

To prove to you that my foreign Paypal account is fully functional, i have provided screenshots below, which shows how i received payment for an item i listed on Ebay and how i transfered the money to my UBA prepaid visa card (also known as UBA Africard).

I received $49 USD through the foreign Paypal account. However the net amount which Paypal deposited in to my Paypal account was $46.79. Paypal always deducts a transaction fee from every sale as seen in the screenshot below. Paypal deducted $2.21 and i was left with $46.79 (Net Amount).

 

I tried to transfer the $46.79 to my United Bank for Africa (UBA) Visa prepaid card and the transfer was successful.

I later transferred the money to my UBA prepaid Visa card as shown in the screenshots below.

The amount which was transferred to my UBA prepaid visa card was $41.79 instead of $46.79 because Paypal deducted $5 as transfer fee as seen in the screenshot above.

Paypal always charge $5 as transfer fee for every withdrawal to a credit card (irrespective of the amount).

 

So $41.79 USD (24,402 frs CFA) was deposited in to card. From the screenshot of my UBA prepaid card statement, you can see the amount.

The money was deposited in to my UBA prepaid Visa card instantly. I didn’t wait for 7 days.

There is an information on the Paypal website which says that it often takes 7 days for money to be transferred to bank account or credit card. That information isn’t true. It only took few seconds for the money to be deposited in to my account.

After the money has been deposited in to my UBA prepaid card, i can now go to the UBA ATM machine and withdraw the money (24,402 frs CFA).

It should be noted that it wasn’t easy for me to create this verified foreign Paypal account. I made a lot of errors and lose money before i finally discovered the right technique.

There’s a certain technique which you need to use in order to create a fully functional foreign Paypal account (i mean a Paypal account which you will be able to receive payment and withdraw).

Contrary to your expectation, i won’t reveal how i created my fully functional foreign Paypal account.

However i can create a foreign Paypal account for you, for just $100.

If you think that amount is too big, you are free to experiment like me (be prepared to lose money).

After i have created your foreign Paypal account (which will cost you $100 for the service), i will give you rules which you need to follow in order to avoid getting banned by Paypal. So even if you succeed in creating a fully functional foreign paypal account, but don’t know these rules, you will still end up losing your foreign Paypal account and all the funds in it.

$100 can save you lots of money.

Its should noted that I didn’t use any VPN or IP address, to create my Foreign Paypal account and i don’t use a VPN/IP address in order to log in to my foreign Paypal account.
